Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, and money for parking if in office.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We are currently in network with Cigna, and others are pending. For the time being, we are accepting out of pocket payments at $50/session. We have a waitlist for Medicaid clients.

Do you offer medication management?

No, we do not have a prescriber in office. However, we have multiple resources that we would be happy to pass along in order to coordinate your treatment.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

We follow all CDC guidelines including sanitization, social distancing, and mask policies to ensure your safety.
